A native of Baltimore, MD and a graduate of the University of Delaware, Karleena Tobin is a professional basketball referee in NCAA Division 1 Women's Basketball, WNBA and the NBA G League.  With a game that has given her so much as a former Division 1 athlete, her passion is to help create a sense of community while building a successful future in the rapidly growing officiating field.

Before I competed in every basketball game, my Nana had me write the scripture Hebrews 11:1 on a small piece of paper and stick it in my sock before going on out on the court.  It reads, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen." Eleven One Officiating is dedicated to the late Mary Virginia Anderson. We love you.
